At Gifia, we take pride in creating personalized and emotional gift experiences that speak directly from your heart. Since each product is custom-made and crafted specifically for you with personal audio, images, and messages, we follow a no Refund and Return Policy in most cases.
🔁 Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after placing an order

Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

Delay in delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
✅ Refunds/Replacement Allowed In These Cases:
Damaged Product on Arrival:
If your Gifia box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video of the issue.
Wrong Product Sent:
If you received the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.

Audio uploaded by the customer is final. We are not responsible for incorrect audio or image files submitted.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return & Replacement Policy
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not working.
You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival.
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- You provide photo or video proof of the issue.
Once your claim is verified:
- A replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong design or voice submitted by the customer.
- Issue reported after 48 hours of delivery.
We take great care to customize each product based on your inputs. Please make sure your photos, audio, and design choices are final before confirming the order.
